He won the 2001 Australian Open title in boys’ singles; reached quarterfinals at the French Open and finished as No. 2 in the world junior rankings in 2001.
Davis Cup
He has played Davis Cup every year since 2000; at that time, the youngest player ever in Davis Cup; 2001-02 played for FR Yugoslavia, 2003-06 for Serbia and Montenegro and currently represents Serbia. In 2010, Serbia, with Janko on the team, becomes the Davis Cup champion. His record is 25–11 in singles and 7–2 in doubles.
